About Us

A little about Suzi's Heart and how it came to be.

There was a lady named Suzi in Riverside County, in the city of Moreno Valley that had been divorced after 20 years of marriage. She did not want to go back to her maiden name Anaya, and definitely did not want to keep her once married name of Zeholla. During that time, many of her friends would give her gifts, as Suzi loved hearts, and she was definitely a loving heart herself to all those that knew her or would come to know her. She would receive gifts with hearts on them. Books about hearts, coffee mugs with hearts, jewelry with hearts that she would wear and much more. Her friends started calling her Suzi Heart. So she began to be known in the Inland Empire as Suzi Heart. She contemplated and thought about it, and decided to change her name to 'Suzi Hart' since she was being called 'Suzi Heart' by many people. She collected all sorts of hearts over the years, from rugs with hearts, posters & pictures with hearts, heart shaped neon signs, many coffee mugs with hearts, candles with hearts, to all kitchen utensils & canisters with hearts. She sewed hearts on a back pocket of all pants or shorts she would buy, then wear. She wore heart jewelry rings, bracelets & necklaces. Yes, she was in fact, absolutely, the Heart Lady!

In 2000, Suzi Hart stole my heart, as I am the fortunate Randall Jones. And on Sept. 7, 2002 we were married and she became Suzanne (Suzi) Jones, my very loving wife. How extremely and overly blessed am I? She was still as loving as ever to family, friends and others, and of course continuing to collect HEARTS. She would give gifts to pregnant mothers - baby clothes with hearts on them, heart baby's blankets, heart greeting cards and more. To her church sisters she would give - journals with scriptures, heart thank you & greeting cards, heart coffee cups and more. She would look for sales everywhere she shopped and would come back with her treasure of finds to bless others, to brighten someone's day, and to give encouragement to those in need. She who was known for hearts, she herself became more like her Savior Jesus, with His heart for others. And she poured out His love on everyone that knew her.

She loved to serve at church: at the information table, would help with Women's Ministry, for various church events and alongside of me in the Couples' Ministry - S.O.S. Marriage, Marriage by Design, and with me for 5 Love Languages. What a blessing to have an obedient & loving wife to be my helpmate!

God is the only One who knows how long each of our lives will last, before He calls us home. On Aug. 27, 2011, He called her home to be with Him. Yet her Legacy lives on to this day.

Psalm 82:3
Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.

Acts 20:35
“… ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”

We now have established Suzi's Heart in honor of Suzi and continue to bless others in need, while definitely being blessed ourselves. Thank you for reading the reason for our Charity. God bless you.

We all have had difficult times when we could use a little help with a Hand Up in getting us back on track in life!
Our Mission
It is our mission and purpose of Suzi's Heart to bless and give to those that are struggling, less fortunate, under-privileged and to help those that are unable to care for the welfare of either of themselves or their children.

Our Vision
Our mission is to support under-privileged families and children, struggling single mothers, high school students heading into college, widows in need, and the elderly on fixed income.
It is our desire to meet their practical needs by various means of aid and support such as food donations, educational assistance, educational grants, financial training, transportation, appliance repair or replacement, resume's, interview training and much, much more. The execution of our mission & purpose will directly impact the quality of many lives in meeting their critical needs, of which they themselves are unable to accomplish by their own efforts. We are here to help & bless!
